Between Oct 15 and 18 a series of transport-related conferences are being held in Gothenburg. On October 15 there is the Triple F's Autumn Conference and on October 16-18 two more conferences will put the focus on a sustainable freight transport sector: the Swedish transport research conference, STRC 2024 and Pathfinders – The Future of Transportation.
The 13th annual Swedish transport research conference, is a meeting place for transport researchers active in Sweden or addressing topics set in a Swedish context. The conference covers all traffic modes and all transport related research questions. On October 15 Triple F is hosting its Autumn Conference in Gothenburg. During the conference we will focus on questions like how actors within the transportation system need to work to reach climate goals in the most efficient way possible, and what policies and regulations, like the EU's Fit-for-55, will be pivotal for the transition to a fossil-free freight transport system. During the conference we will also deep-dive into policy and regulations and get to take part of new results from Triple F-funded projects.
